Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Nostalgia Lane different from mass-market grading?
We aren't a high-volume grading company; we are an Archival Curation House. Our focus is on permanently capturing the historical state of your card through detailed documentation, high-resolution archival photography, and a permanent digital registry. We don't grade; we preserve and certify provenance.
What does "Archival Specimen" mean?
An Archival Specimen is a card that has undergone our rigorous authentication and cataloging process. Once processed, it receives a unique NL serial number, a permanent entry in our Digital Registry, and is sealed in a protective, tamper-evident case. It is our guarantee of the item's state at the moment of archiving.
How do I access my card's digital registry?
Every archival case features a scannable QR code. Simply scan the QR code on the label to be instantly directed to your card's exclusive, permanent digital page. This page contains all high-resolution imagery and metadata associated with your specimen.
